These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keldon Stays website and the services we provide. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our services
Keldon Stays offers property management, serviced accommodation, corporate stays, hotel and pub management, and rent-to-rent solutions. Specific terms for bookings or partnership agreements are provided separately in writing.
3. Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies and house rules are issued at the point of booking and form part of the agreement between you and Keldon Stays.
4. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to treat all properties with respect and comply with house rules. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay where these standards are not met.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding and design, is owned by Keldon Stays or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keldon Stays shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
